Is Maymist Media Company a registered legal entity and is it insured?

Yes, Maymist Media Company is a registered legal entity (LLC) in the State of Texas. In addition, we are insured with a 2 millions dollar General Liability Insurance.

How do I reserve my event date and time on your calendar?

Once we have discuss the details of your event and you’re comfortable to proceed with us, we will submit a service agreement and an invoice. We require 50% non-refundable of the investment. For client convenient, we offer a variety of payment options such as ACH, Zelle, PayPal, and Square. Upon receiving the initial investment, we will provide client confirmation on event booking date and time.

What's your turnaround timeframe for delivering event gallery?

Typically, our turnaround time falls within 7-10 business days. However, at Maymist Media, we offer our best to meet each client demands based on their event and urgency for the photos. Therefore, we provide rush delivery options for 24hrs, 48hrs, and 72hrs turnaround time for a small fee.

What's your gallery delivery methods and formats?

Client privacy is a top priority at Maymist Media Company. We delivered our gallery via a secure privacy link. Our client can easily view and download the gallery. Our gallery format is typically in JPEG. The JPEG size is large for client website or social media marketing/campaigns. RAW files are also available to client for a additional fee.

Do you have multiple photographers and videographers for additional coverage of event?

Yes, Maymist Media have additional professional photographers and videographers available to meet client’s event wants and needs.

Do you travel for event beyond current location?

Yes, Maymist Media is available to travel and cover any event in the greater United States

Do you provide copy right transfer for client to fully own the photos?

We understand that things do happen that are beyond the client’s control. If the event needs to be canceled or rescheduled, we will work closely with the client to make sure we are aligned on every aspect. Notify us as soon as possibe.

Do you charge for photo licensing usage?

We provide unlimited photo usage right to our client’s at no additional cost. Client can used photos on website, social media, marketing and PR campaigns.
